        Available to both Retail and "To The Trade". These items are One Of A Kind (OOAK). This includes original "alpha test" prints and apparel decorated by means other than graphic printing such as by being hand painted, stenciled, appliqued, and by using other forms of embellishment. Because they are made previously, (not made to order), refunds or exchanges are given on these items if they are returned with a "Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days. (You must get the RMA from us before you ship, and mark it on the outside of the box.) All merchandise must be in its original condition, and may not have been worn. Any colognes, perfumes, evidence of washing or removal of tags will disallow the refund or exchange.
