Because they are made previously, (not made to order), refunds or exchanges are given on these items if they are returned with a 'Return Merchandise Authorization' (RMA) within 30 days. (You must get the RMA from us before you ship, and mark it on the outside of the box). All merchandise must be in its original condition, and may not have been worn. Any colognes, perfumes, evidence of washing or removal of tags will disallow the refund or exchange.
